1. Acceptance
By accessing advicenxt.com or using adviceNXT services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. These Terms apply to the marketing website. Product-level terms are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed with each design partner.
2. Description of Service
adviceNXT provides AI-native fiduciary operations software. The platform runs supervised fiduciary workflows and produces audit-ready case files. All AI-generated output is stage-only — no autonomous trade execution occurs without explicit human approval through the designated approval workflow.
3. Not Investment Advice
adviceNXT is an operations tool, not an investment advisor. Nothing on this website or in our software constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. The firm and its advisors retain full responsibility for all investment decisions and fiduciary obligations.
4. Design Partner Program
Participation in the Design Partner Program is governed by a separate MSA and DPA. Design partner eligibility, pricing, scope, and deliverables are determined during the fit assessment process and documented in the executed agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, code, and the adviceNXT name, is the property of Vaalmika Platforms Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
adviceNXT provides its services "as is" during the design partner phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated output for any particular purpose. Product-level SLAs and liability terms are defined in the MSA.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
